　　The National Science and Technology 02 Major Project - “200mm SOI wafer development and industrialization” and “new silicon-based strain material research” undertook by the member units of the Alliance passed the acceptance test successfully. On January 4, 2014, the Implementation Management Office and overall expert group of National Science and Technology 02 Major Project - “Very Large Scale Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Process” (02 Major Project) organized the acceptance expert group to accept “200mm SOI wafer development and industrialization” and “new silicon-based strain material research” in Shanghai. After listening to and reviewing the project acceptance report, user usage report, on-site test, data review report, project audit report, etc., by the acceptance expert group the two projects passed the acceptance.
