Registration procedure

ICMtia and partner memberships have to complete registration and pay the participant fee on the official website of the conference. Receiving the payment, the conference group will issue the confirmation letter within 2 working days. Non ICMtia and partner memberships have to complete registration and pay the participant fee on the official website of the conference. Receiving the payment, the conference group will issue the confirmation letter within 3 working days.

About the registration deadline

TBD is the deadline for registration, and registration will not be accepted after this date.

About cancelling the participants

A
If the registered and paid institutions are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, they must notify the conference group in written form (fax, mail, e-mail). If a refund notice is issued before July 31, 2021, the 95% registration fee will be refunded and a refund notice will be issued between August 1 and August 31. The registration fee will be returned to 80%, and no refund will be made after September 1st. According to the relevant financial regulations, the attendance fee of this Conference cannot be transferred to next year.
