Shanghai Xinyang has undertaken the project of “Special Development and Industrialization of High-speed Automatic Electroplating Line” and “Research and Industrialization of 65-45nm Chip Copper Interconnect Ultra-high Purity Electroplating Liquid and Additives”. The former has passed the acceptance at the end of 2012. The company has completed all technical development and is in the process of verification of large production lines such as SMIC and Huali.
