Winners of the 2nd IC Material Award
In order to encourage the technological innovation of integrated circuit material enterprises, accelerate the promotion of industrialization results, and strengthen the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the Integrated Circuit Material Industry Technology Innovation Alliance has specially started to hold the "Integrated Circuit Material Award" selection activity from 2020. This year is the second selection. After the voting and comprehensive evaluation of the review committee and the secretariat, a total of 29 awards including technical research awards, best cooperation awards, and best contribution awards were selected. The awards were held on November 3 and will be promulgated and commended at the "2021 China Semiconductor Materials Innovation and Development Conference". The list of winners is as follows:
